Young people and new entrants
The PCF works to support the life cycle of family farms through succession, progression and new entrants into farming, particularly young people in their early years as their business grows.

The Farm Resilience Programme
The Prince’s Farm Resilience Programme (FRP) offers free business skills training to family farmers across the UK. The programme is open to dairy and livestock family farm businesses and takes a whole- farm and whole- family approach.
How we support new entrants and young people:

Jordans Sustainable Agriculture Bursary
Available to agriculture undergraduates at the Royal Agricultural University and the University of Reading, the Bursary offers funding support, mentoring and more.

Forest Holidays Rural Start-Up Fund
Forest Holidays and the PCF have teamed up to create the Rural Start-Up Fund, an opportunity for rural businesses to receive financial support as they embark on a new business venture.
