Grant Giving Programme

Grant Giving Programme

The Prince’s Countryside Fund has grants of up to £50,000 available for projects that will provide a long-term positive impact to the individuals and communities they seek to benefit.

We provide funding towards projects affecting areas of greatest need in rural England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Please note: we do not intend to reopen this grant programme in 2019.  We are currently conducting a review of the grants awarded by the Fund to date and are looking to use this to shape our grantmaking strategy for the future.  We expect this revised strategy to be launched in January 2020 and to accompany a reopening of the grant programme influenced by this review at this time.

Our grants aim to sustain rural communities, improve the prospects of viability for farm and rural businesses, and support aid delivery in an emergency and build resilience. These are detailed more in our January 2019 Eligibility and Guidance document.
