The Prince's Countryside Fund Clay Shoot

The Prince's Countryside Fund Clay Shoot

This annual event is a real highlight in our calendar, helping us to raise a considerable amount of much-needed funds.

This year, on Friday 25th May teams with a wide range of skills and experience competed for some great prizes in our annual competition. The teams fought it out to be crowned winning team, or commiserated while taking home the wooden spoon. The event raised a fantastic £28,000 to support the work of the Fund.

Set in the sensational West Wycombe Estate, which has been home to the Dashwood family for over 300 years, it is a very special event. Highlights in previous years have included a skills display by World Champion shooter George Digweed MBE and our celebrity ambassadors Heston Blumenthal OBE and Phil Vickery MBE joining in the competition.

The date for our 2019 annual charity shoot is Friday 10th May.

Shooting will take place in teams at five different locations around the estate simulating West Wycombe game drives. Instructors will welcome each team and offer help and advice throughout the event. All abilities are welcome. The event commences with a light breakfast and concludes with a three-course lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included.
